*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
* Provide clear and accurate information while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Process and verify documentation according to established guidelines.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Meet performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction scores.
* Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
* Proactively follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution and customer engagement.
* Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns, process improvements, and service enhancements.
*Qualifications:*
* Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
* Prior experience in a customer service, support, or call center environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
* High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
