Humana is seeking Customer Care Specialists in San Juan, PR to join their team The Inbound Contacts Representative 2 addresses all member needs, which may include complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and educating members. We provide perfect service and guidance to all CarePlus health plan members. In this position, you will perform as a Universal Agent, trained to assist our CarePlus members through a one-call resolution approach. You will provide guidance, education, and resolve any issue(s) for our members, which may include medical claims, benefits, enrollment, pharmaceutical, transportation and grievances. Engage with the member to support their health and create a sense of value for the member when engaging with the member services inbound contact center. Comply with all HIPAA and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid regulations Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Requirements: High School Diploma Bilingual English and Spanish.
