*Location:* San Juan, PR (Hybrid)

As a *Bilingual Executive Personal Assistant*, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and office support tasks to ensure smooth operations. You will assist senior management and team members by organizing schedules, handling communications, and providing general administrative support. As a key point of contact within the company, you will play an essential role in maintaining workflow and efficiency.

*Job Duties:*
* Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
* Manage Personal matters of the CEO
* Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
* Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
* Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget preparation.
* Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
* Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
* Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
* Ensure the office is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.

*Required Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
* Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Bilingual (English & Spanish).

*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience with office management systems and software.
* Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping practices.
* Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
