*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Intake Processes:* Manage the entire intake process for new clients or patients, ensuring all required information is collected accurately and in a timely manner.

* *Supervise Intake Staff:* Train, supervise, and support intake coordinators, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards.

* *Client Communication:* Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, answering questions, explaining services, and setting expectations for the process.

* *Documentation and Record Keeping:* Ensure all intake forms, contracts, and required documentation are properly completed, organized, and stored in accordance with legal and company guidelines.

* *Collaboration:* Work closely with other departments (e.g., billing, care coordination, customer service) to ensure smooth transitions and communication between intake and service delivery.

* *Process Improvement:* Continuously assess the intake process, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

* *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including HIPAA, legal guidelines, and company policies related to client data and intake procedures.

*Reporting:* Maintain accurate reports on intake activities, including client inquiries, conversion rates, and other key metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5.00 per hour
