Job Description Billing Clerk - .Bills customers by gathering purchase documentation; calculating charges; issuing invoices and statements. Requirements Excellent communication skills. Able to read and interpret documents such as bill of ladings, packing slips, reports, operating and maintenance instructions, training and procedure manuals.
