Accomplished Biotech Professional and Sales Manager, with experience in managing complex, broad reaching projects in the bio-pharma industry. Experience to include managing multiple, concurrent Customer collaborations focused on Process (Antibodies, Proteins, Regen Med, Vaccines etc.) and Equipment design (Bioreactors, Media, Buffer, Chromotography, Cross Flow etc.) for all aspects of Up Stream Cell Culture and Downstream Purification. Position will be focused on implementing best in class Single Use Technologies to allow for long term business partnerships. Position will have responsibility for developing complex proposals, matching customer's processing needs to highly defined process solutions, presenting to key stake holders, managing a matrixed team of business area experts and sales staff, all with the common goal of delivering end to end solutions to our customers. Experience as a project manager bringing multiple large scale manufacturing projects through various stages of development (ranging from pre-clinical through commercial approval) is highly desirable. Core leadership competencies include a passion for business excellence, continuous improvement and driving engagement in employee culture. This manager will be responsible for keeping teams on track to meet agreed to deliverables and steer the team towards successful completion of each project with clear alignment on Process and Business Strategies. Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Position will have responsibility for developing complex proposals, matching customer's processing needs to highly defined process solutions,
Presenting to key stake holders,
Managing a matrixed team of business area experts and sales staff, all with the common goal of delivering end to end solutions to our customers.
Experience as a project manager bringing multiple large scale manufacturing projects through various stages of development (ranging from pre-clinical through commercial approval) is highly desirable.
Manage the regional InSo sales implementation, lead identification, strategic evaluation, selling cycle, resulting disposable business and financial solution of our Integrated Solutions offering
Manage the local PSM's to ensure pre/ post sales activities such as CRM updates, CPT management are kept up to date
Define the level of partnership agreement targeting a successful differentiation to competition
Manage advising customers on technology transfer and equipment scale-up from bench top to full scale production
Conduct consulting discussions with customers regarding our disposable, hybrid and stainless steel process solutions as well as engineering designs & automation
Facilitate commercial project teams on each InSo opportunity, act as the local sponsor / leader for these teams in customer projects in commercial and technical details during the sales process

Interpret and make recommendations based on PFD's, P&ID's GA and URSs
Effective presentation skills of technical information
Understanding of regulatory requirements, cGMP manufacturing and knowledge of pharmaceutical and engineering standards and guidelines, such as: cGMP, ISPE, ASME, CFR, GAMP, BPE etc.
Capability to manage financial and other technical tools such as excel, visio, ppt etc.
Excellent communication, team player and commercial negotiation skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Science subject
3+ years upstream and/or downstream experience with biopharmaceutical processes Clinical and/or Commercially
