Bluhost - F&B Service Attendant

Overview
The business functions seven days a week. All Team Members must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move Team Members from their accustomed shift as business demands change. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a courteous and attentive F&B Service Attendant to provide exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and breaking down the work area, tending to guest needs, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. This role involves outdoor work, physical activity, and flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up the work area before service begins, including arranging tables, chairs, and supplies.
Tend to guest needs promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area throughout the shift.
Unassembled and clean the work area at the end of the shift.
Assist with heavy lifting and other physical tasks as required.
Work under partially outdoor conditions, including exposure to sunlight.
Follow all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications:

Open availability for flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work outdoors and under varied weather conditions.
Previous food service experience is a plus but not required.
Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish).
