Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency Process payroll for employees, ensuring timely and correct payments, while maintaining accurate payroll records Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Assist in the preparation of tax filings and collaborate with auditors during the annual audit process
