The Brand Development Manager is responsible for the implementation and execution of marketing plans and programs of the assigned category/ies to achieve the brand’s business objectives. Responsibilities include implementation of marketing plans, launches, re-launches, line extensions, promotions and shopper programs. Responsible for planning and analyzing consumer and trade promotions and identifying cost-saving opportunities with Regional Category Team. Responsible for the Local sub-category P&L’s. Monitor & explain variations in SOM, Volume, Net Sales and Margin. Supports in the preparation of BR, MYR, and business reviews for Corporate & Division. Let’s talk about responsibilities: Implements Go to Market plans and 5 Ps strategies to achieve goals. Responsible for the Local sub-category of Profit &Loss Statement Leads Commercial Meeting and supports in the preparation of Budget Review, Mid Year Review and business reviews for Corporate & Division. Implements Pricing strategies and monitors market implementation to take corrective actions. Recommends Price Increases. Develops/Delivers presentation of launches, promotions/ initiatives and business status to the Commercial team. Monitors launch activities in the different Retail Environments Analyze Key Performance Indicators to identify local issues and business opportunities. Brings forward actions for discussion, alignment, and approval in Commercial Business Planning (CBP) meetings. Manages consumer promotion expenditure and supports the Regional Category Marketing team and Brand Accounting with analysis and monitoring. Monitors competitive activities and communicates them to the Regional and Commercial teams to define forward actions Ensures the execution of local margin improvement and business simplification initiatives, including SKU monitoring and depletions Develops promotional grid with Retail Marketing Develops locally sourced SKU’s including Club packs, promo packs by working with packaging and co-packer and defining forecasting, SKU creation, and extension, artwork process. What you need for this position: University Degree. Bachelor in Marketing or Business Administration. Preferably with a Master Degree 3-5 years of experience in Marketing areas English advanced level
