Building Maintenance Technician

Assigned to second shift, the technician is responsible for the operation, inspection and maintenance of mechanical, architectural and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, etc. Conducts day to day facility operations including daily inspection of the facility and safety checks, responds to client requests and coordinates services and work orders. The ideal candidate is a proven professional capable of performing a variety of maintenance tasks requiring basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry and wall finishing.

Skilled in the use of a variety of hand and power tools, equipment, and machinery in the maintenance and repair of building components. Assist with special projects including minor office moves, assisting with minor furniture installation, and other duties as assigned.
