Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
Analysis and Design Responsibilities
:Gather business requirements from end users and perform data analysis.
:Conduct requirements and design working sessions with business partners and team members
:Identify entities, attributes and relationships, define them in a complete and accurate form within scope
Development and Implementation Responsibilities
:Develop MS complex queries in various data extraction software (i.e. SQL, Advanced Access, VBA, Visual Studio, Crystal Report, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel and other internal software) integrating multiple databases.
:Develop the applications and reports as per the business requirements
:Develop complex ad:hoc queries and stored procedures to analyze the data and provide solutions
:Develop business reports for various business functions using reporting tools
Testing and Quality Assurance Responsibilities
:Develop and Document thorough test plan with comprehensive set of test cases and expected results
:Validate data thoroughly for accuracy against the source system or other standard system reports
:Actively engage end:users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and get sign:offs from users.
Administration and Maintenance Responsibilities
:Attend to user issues on:time and resolve issues as per the published SLA
:Provide technical expertise with reporting tools to the banks users
:Manage applications as administrator (security, configurations, reports)
:Document procedures for developing, maintaining and updating automated processes in compliance with banking policies.
Project Coordinator responsibilities
:Coordinate projects and communicate project progress and delays
:Identify critical risk and possible solutions 13;
Education 13;
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems
13;
Experience 13;
:Two 2 years of experience in writing queries for data extraction, integrating data systems and software, including automation of processes.
:Experience in developing Decision Support/Analytical solutions using one or more tools like Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, Jasper Report Business 13;
Other Qualifications 13;
:Ability to make sound decisions in a consistent manner with essential job functions.
:Good analytical, problem solving and decision:making skills
:Must be self:motivated, team oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision
:Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
:Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
:Proficient in data processing tools like SQL, Access and Advanced Excel.
:Ability to evaluate process and design solutions using database information.
:Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in English and Spanish 13;
