General Description Analyzes business results and processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and analyze the monthly business results to help identify business issues and propose solutions. Explain significant variances in revenues and expenses to Comptroller Division. Provide support to Regions in the preparation and monitoring of business statistics. Prepare the Retail Banking Division's budget for income fees and/or controllable accounts and give support to Region's budget. Support the business unit in the annual business planning process. Manage and support profitability models of the Business Unit (Deposit Products, Branches Expenses Allocations, Premium Banking Services, etc.). Gathers, reviews and analyzes the monthly business results and needs to help identify business problems and propose solutions. Use proven tools, methods and metrics to identify opportunities, forecast changes and track improvements in areas such as billing, budget, production, and workflow and customer relationship, among others. Coordinate and facilitate working sessions to identify and develop different business solution alternatives and scope. Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems Experience At least two years related experience in business or financial analysis, budgeting process and monitoring, profitability or data managing. Other Qualifications Strong skills in Excel and database management. Proficient skills in Cognos and SAS. Knowledge in SAP EPM. Strong Analytical Skills. Ability to present findings in a clear, concise manner, including the creation of charts, tables, and graphics to summarize results. Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
