Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
:Prepare budget of centralized and non:centralized accounts managed in the division.
:Prepare monthly reporting packages, analyze and explain / investigate significant variances in order to identify areas for improvement and control expenses.
:Provide support regarding vendor management.
:Identify and implement strategies to improve process efficiency.
:Support the division in annual business planning process.
:Prepare presentations as required.
:Conduct the monthly Charge Off Committee, including working in conjunction with the risk management division and supporting the impairment analysis process.
:Conduct the Inactivation Committee on a quarterly basis.
:Provide support managing compliance with the Small Business Administration (SBA) Requirements. Prepare and update the Business Continuity Plan of the Division, as necessary.
:Support the rest of the team members in initiatives that require teamwork and participate in special strategic projects, as required by management. 13;
Minimum Education 13;
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems 13;
13;
Experience 13;
Related experience in business analysis and interpreting information in order to make recommendations.

:Strong skills in MS Word and PowerPoint
:Intermediate MS Excel skills required (pivot, v:look ups), advanced skills (macros profiient), preferred.
:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
:Ability to multi:task and work in a challenging fast paced environment

:Knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques required
