Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Gathers, reviews, and analyzes business results, identifies and escalates business problems, and suggests solutions to support the execution of the corporate strategy. Monitors the execution of the corporate strategic priorities. Scans and analyzes external trends and market information to gain intelligence on competitors’ performance and actions to assess how they may affect our strategy. Coordinate and facilitate working sessions with strategy liaisons to promote a culture of thinking strategically and help formulate business strategies. Consolidates information and creates progress dashboards and strategic risk scorecards for senior management.
Participates in special projects of the division that have impact across the Corporation.
Constantly looks for new ways for improving performance and operational efficiencies.
Ability to think critically through business models, digest competitive intelligence, and break down complex issues into actionable solutions.
Knowledge and skill in the analysis and interpretation of business financial information.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Excellent organization skills, able to establish priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting, playing a key role in strategic projects with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively at all levels of management, with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills (in both English and Spanish).
Prepare presentations and documents summarizing business analyses for the management team.
Familiarity with data visualization & BI tools and the ability to create comprehensible visualizations of complex information, a plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from an accredited university or college (concentration in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred).
Experience
Experience managing and analyzing financial information is required. Experience working with financial institutions preferable, but not required. At least two years in related work experience preferred, but not required.
