As the Business Analyst you’ll be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and users needs. In addition, you’ll be part of a team that discusses with decisions makers, system owners and end-users to define business and operations requirements and system goals. You’ll be the innovative and insightful mind that serves as the technical point of contact for assigned functional areas.
Responsibilities:
Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations.
Develop existing process diagrams and communicate needed changes to development team.
Work closely with Agile Team members.
Actively participate in sessions of prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business process operations and information process flows.
Accurately employ methodology and documentation tools.
Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
Guarantee the produce is built right according to the requirements.
Provides users with the skills and tools they need to determine root issues and plans for success.
Requirements:
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Engineering Science or Business Administration.
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience with Healthcare.
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis, implementation of ERP systems, Web Portals, Mobile Applications and Cloud based solutions, conversion or upgrade information systems.
Be proficient in MS Office
Be knowledgeable in MS Visio and MS Project..(Plus)
Be knowledgeable of SDLC Methodologies.(Plus)
Ability to communicate effectively (read, write, speak, etc.) in English and Spanish.
