General Description 13;

Analyze business results and needs to help identify business problems and propose solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;

Coordinate and facilitate working sessions to identify and develop different business solution alternatives and scope. Work as a liaison among business and system providers in order to obtain, analyze, communicate and validate requirements and functional specifications for changes to business processes and applications. Facilitate and coordinate the definition of a business solution including cost and time analysis, and interdependencies between operational and technical areas. Active participation in Credit Cards conversion process.

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems 13;

Experience 13;

Minimum of two (2) years experience in Financial Services/Banking in a Lending environment with knowledge of consumer lending including credit bureaus, scoring, and processing systems, preferable.

:Ability to build and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and any associated requirements.
:Stays focused on main issues, prevents irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with timely completion of assignments.
:Collects, researches, complements, and analyzes data; synthesizes complex or diverse information.
:Ability to provide advice and expertise to facilitate solutions to new and change initiatives and ensure that solutions are appropriate and aligned with the strategy and infrastructure.
:Demonstrates attention to detail; applies design principles; generate creative solutions.
:Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions.
:Experience in documenting and delivering process maps, business capabilities, business requirements, functional specifications, project definitions, change requests, etc;
:Able to recognize trends and identify strategic opportunities and issues, to highlight how opportunities can be exploited and issues addressed;
:Communication Oral and Written: (Spanish and English) speaks and writes clearly and persuasively, demonstrates group presentation skills, presents numerical data effectively.

Additional qualifications:

:Ability to analyze complex issues, diagnose multi:dimensional problems and devise appropriate responses or strategies.
:Negotiating skills to ensure the involvement and commitment necessary from the business and other functional units to gain agreement and consensus.
:Awareness of business and IT policies, standards, guidelines.
:Strategy development, logic, analytical and problem resolution skills.
:Understanding of business models and technologies.
:Prioritization and time management skills.
:Ability to promote common understanding, harmony, and success.
:Experience in project management is an asset.
:Experience with tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
