Administration of a very busy medical practice which is actively expanding and has two doctors present. Needs experience in business operation and management, overall financial analysis, and take initiative in business growth. As the sole owner of the practice, I wish to place the responsibility of administrating the business in the hands of an experienced business person, experience in medical office management is not as important as being able to grow and develop small businesses. Looking for natural ability to serve as a leader for the office personnel without being a boss! MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH!!!!!!
