Description
Our client, well-recognized Multinational in the Financial Industry is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst responsible for transforming data into actionable insights by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, identify trends, and support strategies that enhance revenue, client retention, and risk reduction, while ensuring compliance with technology standards.
Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets using tools like SQL, Python, Power BI, and other reporting technologies to generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support cross-functional initiatives.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and data models to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Support enterprise risk management by monitoring key risk indicators, analyzing data trends, and preparing executive-level reports and recommendations.
Ensure data governance, security, privacy, and compliance by enhancing database controls, documenting fields, and contributing to cloud-based strategies.
Lead and participate in project meetings, resolve technical issues, and contribute to innovation by proposing and implementing data-driven solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics or Data Management.
3+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence/analysis.
Expertise in SQL and querying related databases to acquire the necessary data for analysis
Ability to interpret and present findings clearly and concisely, using charts and graphics to summarize results
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Skilled in data mining and trend analysis using quantitative and analytical tools.
