This role focuses on solving company-wide issues through technology, supporting data-driven decision-making, and managing system implementations that improve efficiency and service for both employees and customers.
*Education & Experience:*
* Bachelor's in Information Systems (Master's preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Programmer and/or Systems Analyst.
* Proven experience in Power BI projects and developing test cases/plans.
* Knowledge of PCI Compliance is required.
