General Description
Functional subject matter expert towards our Sales, Marketing and Service Departments, users, and Senior Management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Active consulting, guiding and influencing of business stakeholders.
Support business cases and influence key decision makers (on IT and business side)
Collaborate with management on roadmaps and represent the business unit’s stakeholders
Adoption and Training Strategy
Implementation of prototypes and proof of concepts, leading design sessions as well as organization and executing of sprints
Conceptualization, design, and implementation of new solutions
Understand business problems and articulate systems solution design to technical and non-technical audience such as senior management and relate to a business problem
End user communication
Conduct User Group Meetings

Defines KPIs and track
Liaison with Internal teams such as IT Vendor Management, Info Sec and Risk Management users
Liaison with Partners
Vendor Management
Aggregates KPIs / reports to create Salesforce Program Reporting
Tracks, verifies, approves budget, and ensure compliance with approved contract.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's or Master Degree in
Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or other relevant field.
Experience
3+ years hands-on relevant SalesForce experience
Functional expertise in Salesforce in Sales, Service and/or Financial Cloud
Demonstrated leadership in joint application design sessions and agile projects
Strong business acumen with ability to translate business requirements into SalesForce solutions
Ability to fluently speak, read and write English and Spanish
