Buyer-Planner-Customer Service

Descripción del Empleo:
Buyer-Planner-Customer Service •Purchases of materials, supplies, and services
•Utilize MRP system to input purchases
•Managing Inventory
•Customer Service
•Traffic Specialist - Import/Export of goods
•Perform filing and general administrative tasks
•Data entry
•Support forecast and MRP meetings, providing information on material availability
Requisitos:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team atmosphere with all levels of personnel
• Ability to work with automated purchase orders, supplier managed inventories, and measurements
• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Ability to work proactively to organize processes, with strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Fully bilingual

Credentials and Experience
• Associates degree in Business or other related field
• One year Purchasing and Customer Serivice or other relevant experience
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
