* Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
* Previous experience in customer service and performance-based roles.
* Proficient typing and computer navigation skills.
* Valid driver's license issued in Puerto Rico.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer-focused and goal-oriented.
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Available to work Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
