Call Center Customer Service Representative

We are seeking team players that are self-motivated, energetic and ready to work at our Bayamon headquarters.
Must be willing and able to work closely with others in a team atmosphere to produce high quality results.
Must be able to speak, read and write in BOTH Spanish and English.
Must be organized, able to type effectively and use computer software daily.
Must be talkative and friendly. Duties include making between 100-200 phone calls per day.
Must have computer/email software knowledge to create and send invoices.
Must have the ability to acquire and collect debts from clients.
Must be able to work Monday - Friday and healthy enough to sit for long periods of time.
Must have the ability to schedule and plan routes according to location of services.
Must complete in house training course in Pest Control management and services.
Must be willing to work as a team and assist with other office responsibilities including the daily needs of the techs in the field.

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $8.00 to $9.00 /hour
