Call Center Manager

The BDC Manager oversees the Business Development Center (BDC) at an automotive dealership. Responsibilities include setting and tracking daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the BDC team, managing lead generation, follow-up, and appointment scheduling for sales and service. The role also involves leading and motivating the BDC team to meet goals, collaborating with marketing on campaigns, ensuring proper CRM use, and training the team on lead handling and customer service. The manager tracks KPIs, coordinates with Sales and Service to optimize appointments, supports recruitment, and prepares performance reports for senior management, all while staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requisitos:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years in a BDC or call center environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
Proven experience in managing a team and meeting sales and service goals.
Proficient in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and other relevant tools.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written, conversational, and comprehension).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
