Call Center Rep-Experienced

Staff Management is hiring experienced Call Center representatives to join our operations at our Metro Office Park location in Guaynabo, PR. This is a full time position, where availability is a must. We are seeking responsible, organized, team-oriented candidates to manage customer accounts, and respond to customer concerns via phone calls. Industry: Customer Service/Call Center. Duties: Main duties consist in handling customers inbound calls, proper managing of customers accounts. Candidates must have the flexibility to work daily overtime as needed. Previous customer service experience in call centers is Required. Employment Types: Part Time, Long Term, Full Time. Previous experience in call center is a MUST. Good typing skills, and working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Candidates must be available to work in any assigned shifts from 7am thru 10pm, Monday thru Saturday. Candidates must be able to present a GCC (Negative Criminal Record Certificate)
