Call Center Representative

We're hiring 3 full-time Schedulers based in Puerto Rico. This is a remote position—but you must live in Puerto Rico.

You'll spend your day on the phone. Outbound calls to schedule. Inbound calls to help members. All focused on making sure people get the healthcare they need—whether in-home or through telehealth.

Fluent Spanish is required. You'll be supporting the Spanish-speaking queue daily.

This role is all about accuracy, empathy, and clear follow-through.

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments

Take inbound calls from members (mostly in Spanish)

Enter notes into the scheduling system—accurately

Follow up if someone misses or needs to reschedule

Make sure every call ends with a clear next step

Flag urgent issues to supervisors right away

What You Bring:

Call center experience required

Fluent in both Spanish and English

Comfortable with tools like CRMs or scheduling platforms

Reliable—on time, every time

Steady focus in a structured, fast-paced environment

Able to work PST hours while based in Puerto Rico

Pay: $15–$17/hr, depending on experience
