Responsible for providing cash management services to existing and potential business banking clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
Support the Relations Officers of the Corporate Banking Division to achieve the established goals. Develop new customers and interact with existing customers to increase sales of products and services for collections, payments and cash management, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Official in the preparation of proposals to quote services, send and complete contracts, coordinate service implementations and sometimes make presentations to clients. Support customers with existing services and products. At times, it serves as the main contact of their financial and banking needs. Prepare monthly production reports.

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration 13;

Experience 13;
Two years of experience in customer service, knowledge of banking products and services.

* Excellent communication skills, in English and Spanish both, verbally and in written.
* Knowledge of the cash management products and services offered by Popular and how they compare these with those offered by the competition, such as: commercial accounts, collection services, payment services, information services, etc.
* General knowledge of the laws, regulations, state and federal regulations that govern banking.
* Ability to analyze, identify the needs of the client and offer service alternatives to achieve the desired results.
* Excellent organizational skills to establish priorities, work with multiple tasks simultaneously, work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
* Ability to analyze and interpret reports.
* Analytical ability to understand processes and situations, evaluate options and make decisions on time.
* Skills to make effective presentations to internal and external groups (clients).
* Excellent interpersonal relationships and teamwork skills.
* Mastery of information systems skills that must include operational knowledge in Microsoft Office such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Administrative System.
