Below is the job summary/description: Job Summary: The CAT Ordering Coordinator is a member of the ITPS Marketing team supporting in
store Ordering. In this role, the associate will work with Marketing and associated vendors to create,?
update and manage the in store ordering menus.?

Principal Duties:
?
1. Work with team members to author/support the store Ordering system. Need to be?
comfortable working in a collaborative team environment. Individual will be working on part of?
an overall customer experience being deliverable through the ordering kiosk. There will be?
multiple team members working on different aspects of the experience (menu, item and menu?
path). They will be responsible for a specific menu path or set of activities.?
2. Maintain support documentation with up to date processes and procedures.?
3. Participate in root cause analysis and lessons learned activities as required when the customer?
experience does not meet business expectations (e.g., menu path is not aligned to what was?
requested). This would not be identifying bugs within the software platform.?
4. Create test scripts and perform unit testing.?
5. Provide operational support by investigation, documentation, and resolution of store Ordering?
issues for the business area and corporate departments. Similar to root cause analysis, this is?
around the menu path not matching the business requirements (e.g., missing condiment,?
spread, incorrect selectable items, etc.).?
6. Follow defined processes and procedures related to authoring and system configuration.?
7. Share new learnings with others in order to improve organizational efficiencies.?
