Catching Operator - Folding/Gluing

To strengthen our Team in Puerto Rico at our Guaynabo Site, we are looking for a Catcher for our Folding and Gluing Department.

We are seeking for a dynamic and responsible Catcher who will ensure the proper removal, inspection, and correct stacking of finished products (folding cartons) coming out of the gluing machine, in compliance with the company's established quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Your Role

You will collect cartons at the exit of the gluing machine, ensuring they are properly glued and free of visible defects.

You will verify that the cartons do not show gluing errors, marks, dirt, or physical damage.

You will stack cartons in an orderly and accurate manner according to the established pattern, respecting the quantity per bundle or pack.

You will apply straps, labels, or perform bagging if required before the final packaging process.

You will assist the machine operator during job changes, cleaning, or minor adjustments.

Your Profile

You have a High School Diploma

You have already gained 2-3 years of experience in a comparable position and like to work in an international and fast-pacing environment (preferably in carton or printing industries).

You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
