Instapur CBDis seeking sales hunters with account management skills in charge of all sales activities for retail customers for multiple regions of Puerto Rico! This position will be responsible for achieving defined top-line sales and managing promotional spending. The goals will be challenging but the landscape is wide open for the taking – only go-getters with a strong work ethic and unparalleled drive for success need apply!
Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-starter with a proven sales track record who feels comfortable working in an ever-changing, high-paced environment. A strong understanding of the cannabis industry and/or book of business in top markets is preferred, but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage development and execution of the Region's sales objectives
Identify and build a pipeline of potential new customers, initiate and manage prospects through the sales pipeline, and then close these opportunities
Seek new opportunities to increase brand exposure and volume/share
Monitor competition by gathering current information on products, pricing and positioning.
Identify new distribution opportunities and build partnerships that maximize profitable share and volume through distribution, visibility and service
Work with accounts to ensure all visual guidelines are held and negotiate for better space and location wherever possible.
Develop and maintain business relationships within the region – to include customers and internal cross functional team members
Connect through multiple customer touchpoints—Owners, Managers, Buyers and Retail Associates (budtenders).
Utilize all available resources to reach out to generate new leads/prospects and turn those prospects into customers.
Leverage company tools: Salesforce CRM, Microsoft NAV, Google Mail & Apps to make our business more efficient and effective.
Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
Follow all state, local, and company rules and ensure conformance to all laws.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in start-ups, launching new and challenging brands required
Experience selling CBD and related products preferred
Demonstrated success managing existing relationships and developing new partnerships with Retail customers and distributors in an assigned region
Proficiency in business planning and all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account management and development
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Consultative selling and new business development
Detail orientation and exceptional organizational skills
Exceptional written and oral communication/presentation skills

Primary Location: Humacao, PR
This is a full-time position based in Humacao, PR so candidates must reside in or around the Puerto Rico area. Note that this is an office-based position, however, due to the current COVID-19 crisis, remote work is in effect until further notice.
Travel: Up to 50%; in assigned region – Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Salary: Commission
