Chemical And Mechanical Cleaning (Industrial Level)

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated and somehow experienced Industrial Chemical Cleaning technician to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for performing Industrial Chemical Cleaning Procedures at various locations in Puerto Rico including but not limited to Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverage Industry, Oil and Gas Industry, Hospitals, among others. Chemical Cleaning and Sanitization procedures are the most common, but Mechanical Cleaning for Chillers, Boilers and heat Exchangers are also included.

*Duties*
* Be able to perform a chemical cleaning procedure following Written Instructions.
* Follow all OSHA 29CFR1910 General Industry guidelines for Industrial Saferty.
* Conduct industrial cleaning in accordance with established protocols
* Clean and maintain custodial equipment
* Ensure cleanliness in medical production and food production environments
* Execute cleaning duties in food processing facilities
* Handle commercial cleaning tasks efficiently
* Document all Daily Activities properly and submit them to company email on time.

*Skills*
* Proficiency in industrial cleaning techniques
* Knowledge of chemical cleaning, mechanical cleaning, and sanitization procedures
* Experience with Boilers, Chillers and Stainless-Steel Production Equipment is a plus
* Ability to work effectively in warehouse settings
* Familiarity with Medical, Food and Beverage production environments
* Strong understanding of commercial cleaning practices

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
* 10 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Extended hours



Ability to commute/relocate:
* San German, PR 00683: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:
* High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
* Industrial Cleaning: 1 year (Required)

Language:
* English (Required)

License/Certification:
* Licence Driver (Required)
* OSHA 30 Hours General Industry (or Construction Industry) (Required)

Security clearance:
* Confidential (Preferred)

Shift availability:
* Day Shift (Required)
* Night Shift (Required)

Willingness to travel:
* 25% (Required)
