Job description: • Quantifying areas and materials of site work, structures, finishes, and MEP systems
• Cost estimating of labor, material, and equipment for site improvements, civil work, and building construction
• Estimating of costs for project general conditions and safety protocols
• Solicitation, analysis, and tabulation of subcontractor and supplier proposals
• Preparation of bid tabulations
• Preparation of Purchase Orders and Subcontracts
• Procurement of materials in coordination with project managers/supervisors
• Transportation and importing of materials, including tracking
• Prepare monthly cost reports (estimate costs to complete) for work on hand in coordination with project managers and accounting manager.
Requisitos:
Minimum requirements include: • Bachelor of Engineering • Fully Bi-Lingual: English and Spanish
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction/estimating of new commercial projects.
• Fully capable in use of Excel and Word
• Proficiency in reading and comprehension of construction documents.
• Ability to prepare and progress CPM schedules using Microsoft Projects or Phoenix is desirable
• Experience with BIM and OpenSpace is a plus but is not mandatory.
