About the Role

North Co Commercial Cleaning is hiring TWO reliable, experienced cleaners for one retail store in Caguas. This is occasional recurring work — a solid foot in the door with us and extra income, not full-time or part-time employment. Store name and exact address are shared only after you 100% confirm and complete onboarding.

THIS IS A 2-PERSON JOB — READ THIS PART

- We hire two people separately, and both work the same day: one handles the glass, the other handles floors, dusting, and trash — whoever finishes first jumps in to help.

- We prefer two people who aren't related or a couple — that way there's always coverage if something comes up for one of you.

- You can bring your own helper instead of working with the second person we hire — but you'd split your one spot's pay with them.

Store, Date & Pay

- Shops at Caguas — Caguas, PR *****

- Service date: Sunday, July 19, *********:00 AM (set date — the store sends a manager to let us in, so it doesn't move)

- Frequency: recurring every 6 months

- When you apply, tell us which days you generally CANNOT work — for future visits.

Pay

- $40 per person, per visit — covers both duties (commercial cleaning + windows, split between the two of you)

- Effective pace: roughly $***** per hour per person (a 2-person team typically finishes in 1.5–2 hours)

- Supply bonus: $15 per visit if you bring supplies for both duties, $10 for commercial cleaning only, $5 for windows only. If North Co provides supplies, no bonus.

- Everything runs through our app: check-in, before/after photos, and check-out. Payment processes once the manager confirms they're happy — usually within ***** hours.

- Parking: reimbursed ONLY with a receipt showing date, time in, time out, place, and total.

The Work

Commercial Cleaning: sweep and dust mop (corners and edges), mop hard floors, remove gum and stickers, dust shelving, fixtures, ledges, and vents, wipe counters and display cases, empty trash and replace liners, clean and disinfect the restroom if present.

Window Washing: entry glass inside and out, polish handles, sills, and doorplates, remove spider webs, gum, debris, and tape, squeegee and detail all edges and corners, wipe ledges dry.

Supplies (if you bring your own — see bonus above)

Commercial Cleaning: mop and bucket, broom or dust mop, all-purpose cleaner, disinfectant, glass cleaner, microfiber cloths, dusting tool, restroom cleaner.

Window Washing: professional scrubber/applicator, squeegee, glass solution, microfiber or scrim cloths, scraper or razor, bucket.

Step stool or short ladder: not required, but handy for the tops of the glass. An extension pole works too.

Dress Code

Slip-resistant shoes required (we'll help you get a pair if needed) · clean plain blue or black shirt until your branded shirt at 3 months · jeans or non-athletic shorts — nothing ripped, no sweatpants, nothing revealing · minimal jewelry · hat on or hair tied back · arrive clean and presentable.

Photos & Check-Out

This is how you get paid — don't skip it. Before/after photos of every area, short video at the end, check in and out through the app, and confirm with the manager before leaving.

Requirements

- Prior cleaning experience — commercial or residential is fine, as long as you know how to clean

- Window washing experience with a scrubber and squeegee — REQUIRED

- Reliable personal transportation

- Must be 21 or older

- Strong communication — quick replies are number one

- Comfortable completing a standard onboarding screening

- Active cell phone with consistent service and basic app skills
