Descripción del Empleo:
Transcribe letters, memos, and reports on the computer.
Generate and initiate changes to the designated system during the revision of procedures, forms and other documents for the manufacturing department.
Transcribe the changes in the documents that entail changes (redlines) and check that they are translated and aligned in both versions, Spanish and English.
Create the packages related to the changes and support the manufacturing operation in presenting them in the CRB.
Generate and print reports in the computerized system
Make requisitions of materials and miscellaneous.
Answer phone calls and take messages.
Coordinate meetings.
Photocopy, organize and archive documents.
Coordination of department activities.
Requisitos:
AD in Secretarial Sciences or Office Systems, Pharmaceutical Documentation experience,
SOP Manufacturing and quality experience and Billingual.
