Closing Manager

RiskOne HR Consulting is actively seeking a Closing Manager for one of our clients with the following responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the quality assurance of the loan closing process, including pre and post-closing procedures and its related official documents.
* Serves as the liaison with outside counsels on closings to ensure accuracy of loan and collateral documents.
* Acts as the collateral vault custodian.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Paralegal or equivalent work experience.
* A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience coordinating and/or managing the closing of commercial or residential loans.
* Supervisory experience in a financial institution is preferred.
* Knowledge of industry standard loan origination, processing, and closing software.
* Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
