General Description
Analyze and review the documentation related to the closing of mortgage loans.
Ensures required documentation, terms and conditions meet compliance requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Register and verify data of the mortgage transactions in the system. Coordinate with all the participants involved in the transaction to perform the mortgage closing effectively. Do the diligence to solve legal situations and to analyze the title search of the property.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience
Two (2) to three (3) years related experience such as Closing Officer or in banking (preferably).
Other Qualifications
Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
Oriented in customer service (internal and external).
Numerical and mathematical ability.
Capacity for critical analysis and interpretation of data.
Ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure.
Excellent skills in teamwork.
Use properly program Outlook, Excel, Word and any other program related to the performance of duties.
Use correct English and Spanish orally and writing.
Available to work during extended hours.
