General Description
The main function of this position is analyze and review the process of closing all alternatives. Ensures required documentation, terms and conditions meet compliance requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate with customers to disclose the approved alternative and cite for closure. ? Make the process of complete closure of all alternatives, disclose the approved alternatives, complete the signatures of the required documents. Coordinate closure with lawyers. Validate that the request package is completed with the required information and its signatures and complete the closing checklist, as required by investors. Review the contents of the stipulations. Support to the Post Closing group if required. Check process and deliver file to Post Closing Group. Work with assigned special projects. Support the team in additional tasks as needed.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Experience
At least one year of related experience in
banking or loss mitigation.
Other Qualifications
Ability to identify problems, analyze their cause, and utilize initiative and judgement to solve them and make decision.
Capacity to work in teams and collaborate with peers in order to meet common goals.
Customer service skills.
Sense of urgency to attend situations.
Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure.
Oral and written proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
