Job DescriptionPosition: Cloud ArchitectLocation: San Juan, PRDuration: 12 MonthsJob Description:· As a Cloud Architect, your job is to evaluate, recommend, design, execute and support the plan to transition all existing and new databases and software to AWS.· Document architecture diagrams for all systems in current state including dependencies· Prepare documentation and recommend architecture based on microservices and AWS technologies· Recommend best practices· Prepare plan using Agile methodology for migration to the propose architecture· Support migration of data and software· Provides weekly status report Skills and Qualifications:· Experience with AWS, Microsoft SQL server, SSRS, VMware, C#, PHP, JavaScript, and .Net. Excellent problem-solving skills.· 5 - 10 years’ experience as a Cloud Architect· Knowledge of AWS and AWS RDS· Knowledge of Linux and MS Windows Server and VMWare virtualization· Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and SSRS· Knowledge of MySQL· Knowledge of C#, PHP, JavaScript and .Net· Experience working with dispersed teams (on-premise and offshore)· Good written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail Company DescriptionOhm was incorporated in 1998 in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
