Job Summary: W Machine Works Inc. is an aerospace company that works on defense parts that are used on jets and helicopters.
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have a background in operating CNC machines using Mastercam, Fanuc control experience and as well as have extensive knowledge of machining tools including cutters and inserts.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to apply setup reduction techniques.
Strong communication skills are a must as you will need to coordinate with members of Engineering if any issues are to arise.
We are high mix low volume so there is always something new and challenging to accomplish.
· 6 Years CNC Operating Experience
· 4 Years Fanuc Control Experience
· 6 Years inspection tools
· 6 Years reading and interpreting Blueprints

We offer 3 different Shifts (all currently working overtime)
Shift 1: 5 am- 1:30 pm
Shift 2: 6 am- 2:30 pm
Shift 3: 7 am- 3:30 pm
All shifts are Monday through Friday, 40 hours weekly plus overtime.
