Collocation Representative

The Collocation Representative is responsible to ensure Collocation and Reverse Collocation Model compliance through sites monitoring and improvement strategies. Interacts with Utilization Department, Medical Practice Groups, Behavioral Health Facilities, internal and external clients, providers, among others, to ensure full compliance of the Integrated Model.
Requisitos:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Administration Minimum 2+ years of experience in health care related field.
Intermediate computer knowledge
Strong telephone knowledge
Customer service skills
Availability to work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm/ 9am-6pm
