Community Association Manager

Descripción del Empleo:
Local company seeks Full Time Community Association Manager for Metro Area. Work involves managing and coordinating common property operations, maintenance, and administrative functions for condominiums and gated associations. May assign and/or supervise the work of others. Plans, schedules, and coordinates general maintenance, repairs, remodeling or construction projects. Routinely inspect properties to ensure they are safe and to determine if repairs or maintenance are needed. Help negotiate services contracts and projects, Resolve all owners or client conflicts and complaints in a timely manner. Responsible for keeping the complex up and running.
Requisitos:
You must be competent and proven in the following areas: Schedule and conduct meetings and meeting minutes. Knowledge of understanding financial statements, budgets, and reports. Customer Service oriented. Capable of working fast, efficiently and meet the established goals (multy-task). Able to work under pressure and with multiple priorities. Able to work on weekends and holidays if necessary. Experience in same position is a must. Education in business administration or project management. Computer skills required with strong ability in Excel, Word. Verbal and written communications skills (English/Spanish).
