We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic *Comptroller* to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in *fiscal operations*, *retail accounting*, *real estate management*, *permitting processes*, and *capital oversight*. This role is critical in driving financial integrity and supporting sustainable business growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Oversee all fiscal and accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
* Manage financial planning and capital resources for operational and investment initiatives.
* Supervise and streamline retail accounting processes, including inventory management and cost control.
* Oversee real estate transactions and permitting requirements.
* Lead audits, implement internal controls, and manage financial risk.
* Provide financial insights to executive leadership to support strategic decisions.

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial or comptroller role.
* Proven experience in *accounting within a retail environment*.
* Strong background in fiscal management, permitting, and real estate operations.
* Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
