As ambassadors of our enchanted island of Puerto Rico, we are seeking passionate candidates to join our winning team as Concierge and tour Desk agents in the San Juan Vicinity.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to managing the daily operations of the Concierge & Tour desk. You will be the point of contact for hotel guests with requests, vacation club date requests, restaurant reservations, booking excursions, suggestions for alternatives, transportation arrangements, and information on upcoming events.
You will also have the privilege of experiencing first-hand the excursions we offer and the restaurants we recommend; this will be part of your training.
Work Location: In the Lobby of the Hotels

*Able to work under pressure
*Able to stand for a long period (even though all desks have stools)
*Work with minimal supervision
