We are looking for a Foreman (who is willing to relocate for projects in New Orleans and a project in Seattle), with experience working in administrative work and with experience supervising 15 or more staff members. The candidate will work directly with clients to ensure delivery within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of each project are compatible and will recruit new talent as needed to meet the client's needs.

Project management responsibilities include coordinating and completing projects on time within budget and within scope. Supervise all aspects of the projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize project progress. The job requires a few extra hours, especially around the month-end deadlines. Responsabilities:
Meet with customers to take detailed order summaries and clarify the specific requirements of each project.
Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels of junior staff members
Track project performance, specifically to analyze successful fulfillment of short and long-term goals.
Meet budget targets and make adjustments to project limitations based on financial analysis.
Develop comprehensive project plans to share with clients and other staff members.
Continually use and develop leadership skills.
Manage multiple project engineers and projects.
Supervise certifications for payments of each project
Create and evaluate work schedules.
Quality control of projects.
Work directly with the president of the company.
Conduct project engineer evaluations.
Analyze project budgets

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience for a construction company.
Experience working with federal and state documentation.
Fully bilingual-Spanish and English
Manage commercial institutional construction projects ranging from $ 500 thousand to 10 million
Ability -to work under tied schedules
Manage multiple projects at the same time
Experience in contractual negotiations.
Experience in offers for the private sector.
