Construction/Mechanical Project Manager

Our company is leader in the field of Structural Steel Construction with over 50 years of experience in Structural, Industrial, Mechanical Design and Building. Now we have an excellent opportunity for an Engineer to perform as a professional Construction Project Manager as part of our great team.
In summary we are looking for a structured & organized Engineer with ample experience managing projects in the field of construction and structural steel edifications focused on the Commercial & Pharmaceutical Industries. The selected candidate will be in charge of the organization, deployment & implementation of structured workplans while assuming the sole responsibility of the execution of the same, while minimizing the client’s responsibility.
Must also assure the optimum service, minimizing change orders through precise execution & planning that contemplates mitigation.
Requisitos:
BA in Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering or field closely related.
Project Management performance in Construction: 7 to 10 years of experience with a successful record of construction projects execution on Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Civil & Mechanical projects.
Relevant work experience managing mechanical construction projects
Disposition to travel and manage projects outside of PR (as USVI)
OSHA 30 & First Aid certification
Proficient in of Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Acrobat, as well as knowledge in Primavera, Microsoft Projects or similar project management tools (preferred).
Bilingual- English & Spanish- complete proficiency written as spoken
Precise knowledge of all the documentations and process required for changes, modifications & certifications for all project phases.
Well acquainted in Safety & Security Practices
