Project Liaison - Puerto Rico If you are bilingual in English and Spanish, currently reside in Puerto Rico and have a Commercial Construction Management background, ICF wants to speak with you We have an opportunity for you to be a key ICF interface with our partners as we help to rebuild Puerto Rico. As the Project/Liaison you will be a key point of contact to multiple stakeholders, partners, client representatives, and local municipalities. You will be assigned a geographic area and use your knowledge of local governments, regulations, and construction best practices to ensure the hurricane reconstruction efforts are effective and timely. For this role, a background in industrial construction and infrastructure management is essential to providing assistance to stakeholders within your assigned area. Project Liaisons with the prerequisite expertise will be assigned projects related to Infrastructure, Transportation and Energy. In this role, you will: Serve as the Project Liaison to multiple sub-recipients of Federal funding engaged in the formation of eligible projects. Projects consist of repair and new construction of infrastructure damaged by recent storms. Manage your assigned, specific geographical area and interact with all sub-recipients in that area. Set and continually manage project expectations and communicate with all parties to deliver projects with full client satisfaction, on time, and within budget. Anticipate issues or delays and respond with solutions, keeping partners and client informed. Qualifications and experience youll need to have: Bachelors degree or equivalent years of relevant experience Commercial Construction Project Management experience required and Grants Management experience is welcomed Bilingual Spanish and English Ability to work full-time in Puerto Rico Proficiency with construction Management tools including Xactimate is required Proficiency Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, work under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, organize time effectively Flexibility of schedule and able to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent referrals from past employers Experience with prior disaster recovery construction/ restoration efforts is welcomed but not essential Working at ICF Working at ICF means applying a passion for meaningful work with intellectual rigor to help solve the leading issues of our day.
