Unit Description Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Manager supporting Citibank based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Are you the one? Position Summary As the construction Project Manager you will be responsible for performing the day to day coordination of all of the approved capital projects from conceptualization, through design and culminating in the successful implementation and close out of all projects on time, Lease term Negation and on or under budget. Requirements: Fluency in and ability to read and write both Spanish and English; Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, AutoCAD; Experience in reading and understanding architectural and engineering drawings of the type employed in the projects that the Owner normally implements; Five years' experience as an Owner's Project Manager, implementing capital projects and interior construction; or Five years of practical general, electrical and/or mechanical contracting experience with commercial, institutional and/or industrial contracting; Related experience in the operation and maintenance of commercial, institutional, retail or industrial properties is beneficial; A technical degree in architecture and/or engineering is beneficial, but not absolutely required; Working for Sodexo: How far will your ambition, talent and dedication take you?
