Construction Superintendent

Descripción del Empleo:
Construction Superintendent duties and responsibilities includes but are not limited to:

• Provide technical, construction, quality control, and managerial support to Project Managers in bidding and running projects.
• Track schedule and prepare two-week look ahead
• Prepare daily reports, submittals, and RFI.
• Coordinate and supervise internal resources and third-party/vendors for the execution of the project
• Ensure that all project deliverables are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.
• Conduct daily safety and health inspections and maintain a written log which includes area/operation inspected, date of inspection, identified hazards, recommended corrective actions, estimated and actual dates of corrections.
• Ensuring that work performed complies with GENCO safety standards, the project APP, and AHAs.
Requisitos:
JOB REQUIREMENTS Candidates that will be considered must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of Construction Projects Superintendent or related field experience.
• Fully bilingual, Spanish-English
• Willing to travel
• Knowledgeable of Construction Documents
• OSHA – 30 Certifications
• Knowledge of construction management software, Procore preferred
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Self-motivation, self-direction, and organizational skills
