*Key Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to determine project needs
* Set clear performance goals and deadlines to keep the team on track
* Plan and organize the construction process from start to finish
* Estimate project costs and manage the budget effectively
* Supervise and motivate staff while providing valuable feedback
* Monitor, report, and communicate project progress to key stakeholders
* Coordinate inspections and ensure permits are obtained from local authorities
* Ensure safety and quality standards are adhered to at all times
* Manage equipment orders and regular maintenance schedules
* Track material inventory and place necessary orders
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
* Resolve on-site issues and emergencies with prompt action
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (PE required; Master's Degree is a plus)
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role (Construction Superintendent, Project Manager, etc.)
* Expertise in concrete, rods, and building construction
* Strong knowledge of local safety, quality, and health regulations for construction sites
* Proficiency in reading construction plans and specifications
* Solid understanding of construction operations and processes
* Familiarity with CAD software and MS Office tools
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Strong leadership and communication abilities
