We are looking for an accountant to perform the following duties: but not limited to: Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial reports to assess. Prepare, track and reconcile invoices and payments. Prepare and reconcile checks for suppliers. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements. Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts (bookkeeping). Develop, implement, modify, and document record-keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
Requisitos:
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting. Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting. Knowledge of QuickBooks, MS Office, specially Excel and Word. Bilingual, English and Spanish. Strong Analytical Skills, able to identify cause and affect relationships between aspects of a problem in order to achieve timely and accurate financial reporting. Working knowledge of complete accounting cycle. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work well in a fast paced environment, interfacing with internal and external customers, and meeting project timelines.
